Thanks for the info. I remember how I used to care about sales in the past but now that I know how dumb Oricon's system is & that they don't count shit, like if it's digital or shipped overseas etc. I don't care anymore. I got multiple copies and they are not even counted. wtf She continues making music, people in Japan clearly still enjoying, I'm enjoying it and it's all that matters.

Hopefully lyrics translation for the song are gonna pop up soon. I really love those "fight back" & 'never give up" parts and the one you mentioned too Corvina.

Outside is giving me life right now. Easy standouts are W Face, Insane and Bassline. I'm obsessed! And I don't hate Inside as much as I thought I would. I'm gonna have to be in a chill mood to listen to it, which I almost never am. I have no chill lmfao

After I listened to both albums all I can say is that they are nice. Nothing more, nothing less. Maybe I need to listen to them more often but I don't know. The only song I relly enjoyed with the first listen was W FACE but with Walk of my life and Bon Voyage it's the same. on both album are only here and there a song that attracts me the rest is nothing special for me. But like I said, the songs aren't bad but just nothing that would maka me listen to them as much as older songs from her.
But let's see, maybe a few more listens will spark the love for some other songs on the W FACE albums

^you can't compare older music to newer...not necessarily because of the sound but because of the surrounding factor like: age, taste, nostalgic, friends and related memories.

It's rather unfair for the songs to have to keep up with that, but I get what you say. The whole thing is different for each generation fan. My go back to album is second session, if I remember correctly Corvinas is secret or before? and there are other whose is kingdom or even Japonesque.

I listened to both albums yesterday and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed. I wasn't expecting a lot after from the previews, but I didn't think I'd dislike the albums so much. Bassline, Insane are the only tracks I liked, and BRIDGET SONG is also pleasant to listen to, but nothing more than that.

Inside sounds like a very lazy compilation of empty ballads, and Outside feels like a selection of her worst Western-influenced songs. I honestly felt a lot of secondhand embarrassment listening to W FACE. It's terrible and I can't believe that's what she's recording after so many years of experience as an artist...

Not liking Outside. It strongly reminds me of Rihanna's last album.
I can't with W Face. It's enjoyable until she starts with the, yas bitch yas bitch slay.
However there are a few songs on Inside I like.
Bridget Song, Yorokobinokakera, Sukideshite, Kimiomoi, Promise You. Maybe Stand By You too.
I won't be picking this up for now but perhaps in the future.

I think it's really relative. There are songs I liked 15 years ago that I still love, and some that were released last semester that I don't listen anymore...

She's going with the flow and trying new sounds and it seems that she is really enjoying that urban/trap/hip hop vibe (that she always followed and get stronger with WOML). I really like this direction and I think that's what will make her go further with her career. The songs does sound a lot like Western/K-Pop productions but for me they have soul! It's not just random lyrics wrote by another person and Kuu just singing it... Well, that was something I was thinking about for the last days and wanted to share here haha

I want to add on that I have heard much worst albums from other artistes which literally put me to sleep and/or I felt disconnected in hearing them

I don't really get that from Kuu , be it her past or recent releases

I agree with this 100%. I really like Western music and K-Pop, so I like it from Kuu. J-Pop has been uninspiring to me for a while, so I'm happy Kuu isn't following it.
