^i did reinstall the DVD region. it did not work.
Pulsar...how am i gonna reinstall everything when err.....after installing some programs, i delete the package? like the latest media player. or i either forget where i save the package when i first download them....especially some packages names are different from the program names.... but i can reinstall my VLC and DIVX. i still see them in my folder...
