I read over at JPC that she was apparently performing without the consent of her record label and they decided to suspend her for it.

That does sound very Avex-y...
So the suspension includes her not being 'allowed' to communicate with fans through any type of social media? That's some control they have over their artists there.

I'm a bit surprised she would be suspended under an indie label, but I guess even they have their rules and standards.

Trivia : By the time of TARATIKA release HYNA was only Artist Stage artist. If its still like this and they suspended her then SO LOL

この度はご心配おかけしてすみません。

私、HYNAは昨年8月より、松本勝氏（当時アーティストステージ株式会社　代表取締役　現アーティストス テージ取締役）から、全ての芸能活動を停止させる旨、一方的に通告されました。

念願の母校でのライブもキャンセル、その他のライブスケジュールも、全てキャンセル。
blog、twitter、facebook、mixi、全てのファンの皆様との交流の場を断ち、アクセス することも禁止しました。

だけど、ファンの皆様へ報告すらしない。

どう思いますか？

以上の経緯で、応援してくれているfanの皆さまに、私から何のご報告も出来ないまま、本日を迎えてしまい ました。
ご報告が遅くなりまして申し訳ございませんでした。
この場を借りてお詫び申し上げます。



事務所はファンの皆さまへ、何を報告する訳でもありませんでした。
「何も報告しない」事は、今まで温かく支えて下さっていた、ファンの皆様を裏切る行為でありま す。
私は毎日、心が張り裂けそうでした。
私に期待してくれていたファンの皆様、関係者の皆様へは申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいです。

そして、いまさらですが、HYNAのホームページとアメーバブログに、アーティストステージから活動停止に ついてのコメントが載せられました。
掲載内容はまた、私を一方的に責め立てる内容。
これについては、当然のことながら、私にはここでは言い尽くせないほどたくさんの反論がありま す。
しかし、今は、同じ低みにはまって、ここで論争するのは差し控えたいと思います。

９歳から持ち続けてきた歌手という夢
18歳で上京してからずっと続けてきた音楽活動
ずっと書き続けてきたblogを断ち切られました。

この約半年間、何も出来ず、音楽しかなかった私。
ステージの上でパフォーマンスすることに、全てを賭けてきた私にとって、この半年間という時間は辛すぎる時 間です。

放心状態になりました。
何より今までずっと温かく応援してくれていた、ファンの皆様、ダンサー達、関係者の方々、友達に何も伝えら れない事が、音楽を届けられない事が一番辛かったです。

本当にごめんなさい。

そして、本当に私は契約違反などしていません。
私を応援してくださるファンの皆様なら、私が逐一ご説明するまでもなく、松本氏の主張を鵜呑みにしないで下 さると信じています。

そんな中、唯一の救いは、私が活動できない状況の中でも、温かいメッセージや言葉をくれた皆様 でした。

心から感謝しています。

またいつの日か、必ず皆様の前に立ち、私の歌で希望と光と夢を与えられる日が来ることを皆様も祈っていて下 さい。
