but with outside being the main album/tour theme/getting pv‘s i‘m 100% sure they‘ll do it that way so they can kinda „trick“ her #1 streak and keeping both as 13th album...
probably like billboard count remixes to the original version for the charts!

One of the reasons they probably were seperate albums Kuu explained in the interviews - cause she wanted to know how both sides of her are gonna be received today.
She didn't even expect both albums to sell similar and go to #1 and #2 respectively.

I'm pretty sure it was done this way from a financial standpoint since 2 separate albums would generate more revenue rather than 1 AL with 2 discs. This must be part of the reason why we are getting 2 albums this year too.

^ as a fan, I at least can say stuff like "oh yeah, the album with the shirt/all the PVs/the double album/the year she did two" and so on... its kinda neat

True, but the most revenue she and avex are getting from her tours and tour goods, not from her releases anymore.
This only works for her, cause Kuu wants to be so active and apparently doesn't want to tour without a new album, even for a FC tour.

One thing was, that "challenge" is the most important thing for her concerning her work and she doesn't want to limit herself. She still wants to try a lot of (new) things.
It makes her happy, cause in the end it's going to be worthwhile, if you're behind it (like people still supporting her, coming to see her on her tours with energy and happy faces).
She mentions that there are hard times with criticism, but she sticks to the style she thinks is cool and fitting nevertheless.
Which is why she thinks you should believe in yourself and in the ideas and dreams you have and just try, even if it needs more than one try, even if you fail in between. Everybody's way of life will be different, goals will be different, sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller, and that's ok as it is.
Btw. in this context she also spoke about her collaboration with Versace.
She was actually the one approaching Versace and asking for a collabo. And she was very happy, they actually said yes, cause she thought it would be impossible as it is a worldclass high-end brand.
All the costumes are self-produced by her.

Some fansites did count it but in the official pages there was no numbers being associated with the album

I wonder who is the japanese female singer with the biggest #1 studio albums streak and how big that streak is.

Yeah Kuu's official site didn't mention anything if W FACE was counted as a joint album release or separate album releases and this was only made known recently , not last year

Anyway be it #1 album streak or not , that's not what I support Kuu in the 1st place

AND could be #1 or #10 for all I care but if the music in the album is good , that's more than enough for me

Doesn't matter how avex and Kuu counts them.
Officially, due to the regulations of the IFPI, she apparently lost the streak with releasing both separatly.

Conceptwise they belong together.
That's why they're counted together.

haha yeah it is and i just realized that since her BEST 4th era she kinda has a thing for double releases…
