Those two are on different blocks...3-1-30 and 3-3-13...second number is block number. Moreover, I dunno why one is Minami-aoyama and the other is Kita-aoyama. That equals south blue mountain vs north blue mountain.

Also, the first one has improper order and the second one is proper; you can see that if you look at the site I linked to. Maybe they relocated at some point, or one of them is just wrong.

You don't have to be Japanese, but it helps if you live in Japan. I know about overseas members, but it's really hard to sign up unless you can read Japanese, or have a Japanese friend that can help you. If you live overseas though you wont get all of the goodies that normal members get, unless you pay for extra shipping or something like that, I don't remember.

Shouldn't "ayumi" be in kana? Since Hamasaki Ayumi with 3 kanji is usually chinese; in Japan they only use 2 kanji (for Hamasaki)
