It's mostly due to her lenses, if she took them off and showed her beautiful natural eyes she wouldn't be so scary lol

I think the combination of the lenses and the really flat hair on top, it's a bit odd for Ayu. It's also a funny angle. Not too different from what we've seen already, just in a different way.

Yes take those fucking lenses out!! Ayu’s natural eyes are the most beautiful I have ever seen. It’s a tragedy when she covers them up.

I always thought her cheeks somehow stood out more the past few years, but maybe it is because of the chin/jaw. Did she have work done on her jaw?

Her jaw/chin. It’s sharp and comes to a point in the original (like the bottom half of a heart). The second is shaved down and rounded out.
