Well people seem to generally be disappointed by this news...but I dont know...I kinda like the remix. Its alright...and it just didnt seem like there was going to be a new single...being that they didnt even give any prior info about the release till today...plus Utada generally releases slow doesnt she....I'm surprised that TITO came so soon after Heart Station...Whatever she's doing, whether she's recovering from surgery or hanging out with her boyfriend, I hope she's happy and doing alright. Hope she doesnt COMPLETELY give up on TITO though....so many of us, myself included believed that she really coulve broken some serious barriers here with that album I just dont want her to throw away the potential

Tell me about it! Her illness could not have come at a worse time. I was even considering meeting her in NYC for her CD signing with my sister-in-law until word got out that she had fallen ill. At least she's resting now. I think she has great things in store for her fans. We just have to be patient and have faith in her.

I really like the remix!!
For me, I don't think I'm tired of Beautiful World yet, so another version is awesome!
I'm really not too miffed about no new material. It'll come eventually. I do hope she is okay, and will come back to the music scene soon!

I actually...hmm...okay the remix isn't really my style...remix wise or just regular music wise...but I really like another version, and I think the style in which it's done coupled with, the composition and everything we know about it, is really interesting, and it gives it a different feel, and I really like that.

So...I like it...would I listen to it on my own for enjoyment...probably not at the stage my tastes are at musically...but it's good. I hope the full version is awesome.

The remix is quite good. Somehow, i feel like it has the same vibe of Gunjou no Tani by ALAN. LOL. I like it. And based on what i hear, it was resung...i guess. what do you think?

^I hope it was resung....but I doubt it...and it sounds pretty close to the original to me....plus I dont think she's in the shape to do a re-recording right now...

I actually like the remix . It's almost impossible to beat the original mix, so...

I don't think it really suits Evangelion tho =(. Not like the original Beautiful World did anyway lol.

残酷な天使のテーゼ is pretty much the only song that trully fits that anime.

^^If that was a piano driven mix, then I guess it would be played while the people were in space. For this one... well, it fits well to the sunset scene .

Now I've listened to the full version... I still prefer the original mix, which is haunting and mysteries, yet beautiful.

Well, i think it's indeed very nice, but tbh i think it doesn't fit the anime AT ALL lol

Actually, i dare to say that even the remix of Beautiful World fits better haha.

I never understood why they used Fly Me To The Moon as the ending song.
