Dunno but definitely someone with a very ugly hair dye. (From the japanese artists I can think of that have used bad hair dye, koda kumi pops to my mind -not trying to compare or clash both, it's just that it ended up being a coincidence LOL-...koda can have some ugly hair dyes XD)
