VCD are Video Cds...means worse quality, chinese subtitels and no menu....soudn is the same as DVD
DVD region 2 is from japan and playas on DVD player is japan and europe dvd region3 comes from HK or Korea and plays on DVD player in other asian countries and PC all over the world...actually my dvd player here in germany also plays it...you can also burn it and it weill be region code free then.... the content is the same on all 3
