Ayu Double...

In the Best of CDL Documentary Video, why does Ayu use a double of herself when they are rehearsing? Is it too better help her understand what she has to do when on the stage?

i think she wanted to see how she would look on stage, like in her audiences perspective and she can also adjust the dance moves if she doesnt think it goes with the music or something

She also uses her to test how much time does the crew need to change Ayu's clothes and ornaments. Imagine Ayu repeating it all the time during rehersals, she would be too tired to practice dancing. It's funny, usually stars use a double to escape from fans or sth and Ayu uses her as a kind of mirror image. I was also wondering if that's still the same girl since 2002? (or even 2001 since there were two Ayu doubles on stage during Dome tour, maybe one of them was that girl). Btw, what a great job (because she probably gets cash for that), being Ayu's test twin and going with her on tours just to let Ayu see how she will look like on the stage =)

Can you imagine? Being on the streets and then suddenly, "Hey! You look JUST like Ayu! You're hired!" Or something of the sorts.

Actually, this happens on movie sets as well. It's very common in the entertainment industry for the double to do everything the main character/singer/whatever would do during rehearsal time.
