Hands down, the most beautiful man:
From PEOPLE Magazine, May 7 issue.
In Korea: ![]() Congratulations, Rain!!! You are indeed a beautiful, non-typical Korean man... uh-huuuuh. I highly agree with this one. And I must include my disappointments: In Japan: ![]() ummm... all she did was act and did a nude scene in "Babel". so what? what about Koyuki from "The Last Samurai"??? she's waaaaaay more elegant and beautiful!!! and what about Ayumi Hamasaki??? (maybe she did nothing considered "successful" in America... o well) In India: ![]() I was kinda upset about this one... I thought Aishwarya Rai would be a better pick b/c of her success in America, "Bride and Prejudice", her appearance on Opera Winfrey's show, and modeling for L'oreal Paris... and because she has a more exquisite beauty... but maybe not the natural, beautiful earthy look like Lakshmi... What do you think of this? Anyways, I'm happy for Rain... ooooh what a beautiful guy... Last edited by panda87; 3rd May 2007 at 10:50 PM. |

I agree w/ Demure_Dusk. Rain, he's alright, but "Justin Timberlake of Asia"?!
BTW, what magazine is this from? |

The picked Drew Barrymore as THE most beautiful. wth ? sure she's pretty but not exactly stunning or particularly beatiful, but I always considered her like "plain-pretty", very ordinary & down-to-earth.
Rinko for sure isn't the most beautiful from Japan, but I guess she's the only Japanese woman known in hollywood so they had to pick her lol. |

Won Bin and Kwon Sang Woo is so much more attractive than Bi. =.="
I have no idea how Bi can be so popular though. I only manage acknowledge his dancing and acting but his singing is not good at all. O-T: I, myself, was surprised that my mother bought his recent cd. I asked her the reason she got the cd and was more surprised that the answer was "he danced very well", which doesn't even make sense to me why she would buy the cd.

I was looking through this on my break at work and was just surprised to see him in there O_O
Buut, I don't agree with most of the people they had in there, or him for that matter.

I would say: Namie Amuro for the most beautiful woman and...Hmm....., for the guy.....Won Bin, I think. Or Jay Chou.

I thought for Korea it should have been actor Li Jun Ki - have you seen him in The King and The Clown - Gorgeous!! ^^
For India I thought that it would be Aishwarya Rai - I mean she was once Miss World 1994 I think and right now she's the most popular acteress in India For Japan it should have been a famous idol - Ayu/Mika/Namie

awww, i like Rinko Kikuchi. sure, she's not the most beautiful, but she was brilliant in "Babel". out of all the stories, i was really moved by her performance.
i don't dig her blonde hair, but she's far more prettier with black hair.
