Last Wed. I saw Evanescence here in TN (in Nashville @ the Gaylord)

AMY LEE IS FLAWLESS! ^^ she sounded perfect! and her performing is sooo cool and theatrical! ^^

I saw Evanescence in January. I saw them three years ago too, lots of fun.

Anyone who's went to one of their shows lately, did Stone Sour open? They were awesome. I forget who the other act was already.

well I can't go

my friend who had to bought the tickets didn't bought them

I'm so angry with her! She said that she bought the tickets and hours before the concert she noticed me!

btw the concert leght was about 30-40 minutes :/

eep! looks like there's trouble in Evanescence-land -- apparently John LeCompt has been fired from the band by Amy Lee, and drummer Rocky Gray has quit!

"I'm done, and I'm pretty upset about it," LeCompt said, calling from Little Rock, Ark., the band's home town. "(Singer) Amy Lee called and fired me today. There's absolutely no loyalty in this band."

This is not the first time Evanescence has had personnel problems. In 2003, guitarist and co-founder Ben Moody quit while the band was touring in Europe, replaced by Terry Balasamo from Cold. Last July, bassist Will Boyd quit, replaced by Tim McCord from Revolution Smile.

Well, the both members John LeCompt and Rocky confirmed the news via their myspaces. And recently Amy Lee herself posted a statement about the issue in the band's Official Website. There Amy says nothing about "firing" a member but it was confirmed by John himself and well Amy also tells they'll get new new musicians to continue their currently tour

and here's Amy Lee's statement from the official website:

Terry, Tim and I are very excited to play live with some amazing new musicians and we will rock harder than ever. Stay tuned for more news on that front. And don't worry about the tour, guys. Nothing will be cancelled and we will see you soon!

yikes! finger's crossed that this doesn't spell the end of Evanescence :s

Evanescence is like, jut drama. o.O but atleast they have awesome music. XD I think Amy just has issues with her members. on Anywhere But Home's DVD she start yelling at the old guitarist "***** YOU!" and threw a water bottle at him. XD

i sorta have a predicament here:
i wanna buy evanescence sheet music, but i'm not sure if i should buy my immortal only (cheaper, but one song) or fallen (has my immortal, more expensive, more songs, mom's scared of the cover XD)
which should i get?

and one more thing:
anyone else heard the rumour about ergo proxy's real and evanescence's fallen cover?

She doesn't sound like a nice person.

I'm still angry at her for meeting Mana-sama and not making the effort to make herself look nice and wear a green hoody when Mana-sama turns up dressed amazingly.

dude, they were so ****ing with each other. XD You've watched the whole thing right? they were probably drunk, but they played with each other all the time like that.

That really sucks. Everyone's leaving.
