Favorite Koda Kumi Album?

I chose Best~Second Session because I seriously thought every song on that album could be called good at the very least. The 12 Singles and PV idea was brilliant and even the songs that weren't singles (Love goes like...) were great as well. I was very impressed with that album. You can't even call it a best though because none of those songs were previously released on an album. They should have called it something else, but then again, "Best" always sells.

As for Secret, I don't get why everyone that loves that album (usually the older Kuu fans) say that every song on it was great. I thought some of the songs (i.e. the atrocious 24) were just bland filler tracks that severely brought down that album. It was my first Kuu album, and I do like it, but I don't see how it could be a favorite next to some of the others (like Grow Into One or even Black Cherry). Obviously that's your opinion though. I'm not insulting anyone that feels that way.

I'm a kumi fan since grow into one (well since real Emotion/1000nokotoba single) album but I don't think that every song on secret was great.
But secret is really good anyway.

I personally really liked Secret. I like almost every track. It's just another case of "different strokes for different folks."

So, I voted for Secret, but I also really enjoyed Best~second session~.

i agree that some of the tracks are just plain bland filler (yeah, 24 is pretty painful - so is 'its a small world').
but i was actually listening to the album earlier today, and i find that overall, its a bright, upbeat and just generall fun album.
even the ballads are pretty fun. (ive always liked kiseki, but never hands - even though it suits the album fairly well).
i just think its a pretty pleasant album to listen to. it can be fun, but you can also relax and listen to it.
not amazing or anything really, just good.

Black Cherry. I actually thought it was incredibly well made. I enjoyed the album tracks (Not her best, but not her worst either) and I loved all the singles except Koi No Tsubomi, but even then the PV was really fun.

I would say 'Secret' and 'second session' both come a close second.

All the others are joint third apart from 'Feel My Mind'. That album was dire. The dance tracks sound very dated, the artwork was vile and the singles weren't her best.
