Ayu probably sends the info only to best dancing schools (or agents) and they choose some dancers who go to the casting.

I just hope she won't get rid of Go-Mi, he and Mitsu (nobody will replace him) were imo the only real men in the team, all the other guys are still such boys, Ayu should think about her older audience too
