Funny I saw this in Venice...so took a pic! Anyone know what that store is??

Yeah, I'd say it's a motorcycle/motobike store. The CREA is a scooter by Honda. I believe Ayu even did a commercial for it some time ago.

The word "crea" is the 3rd person singular form of the verb creare to create in Italian, and is a morpheme used in other words as well. Why would it be strange to see an Italian word in Italy? That is probably where Ayu got the name for her dog in the first place.
