maybe something technologically enhanced?
before i saw the actual pv, i thought the pv was gonna be something like:
someone opens up their e-mail
they get sucked in or something and then
everything starts becoming crazy cool or something

kiss & cry/beautiful world deserve new pvs, too

you should also notice the camera work. the whole video is a continuous shot. there are no cuts away from ayumi... meaning she had to get it perfect without any editing (like the heaven pv). this has meaning too... that life has no reset button like a video game, do-overs... editing... although it may not be your favorite pv, i hope this post at the very least helps you gain some respect for the pv ^^

"JEWEL"? Eh. If I wanted to watch a jewelry store commercial, I could just turn on the TV and only have to sit through 30 sec of it instead of 4 min. It was pretty much just eye candy....for a song so poignant, it sure had a rather shallow PV.

that was her least expensive out of the 3 that she had (funny, fairyland was her most, and my name's WOMEN was in the middle)

Much better than washing dishes.
Again, I only have the same thing as I said for COLORS.

I wouldn't complain about the trilogy. At least...it was unique...

I always thought Maaya Sakamoto's PV were very dull. Her songs are great; her voice is amazing; but her PVs, not so much. Usually she just stands around...no special effects...absolutely nothing.
Hitomi Shimatani's PVs are also lacking in something...can't quite put my finger on it...

Compared to some of these artists, there's no reason to complain about Ayu. At least she releases some noteworthy PVs once in a while. Even BLUE BIRD got me up and dancing. Lol.

No no But I think JEWEL passed those.
Jewel is now the most expensive.

just 3 for now:

1. alterna - ayumi hamasaki (many of you will probbably think of it as a creative PV, but it freaks me out)

2. CANDY.LINE - hitomi takahashi (i love the parts of hitomi singing and rocking out, but the ones of her and those weird guys in suits (that turned out to be skeleton suits) weirded me out a bit, lol.

3. Kesenai Tsumi - nana kitade (the parts by the end of nana in her normal human self is great, but not the parts where she's like a manequin doll. kinda similiar to the string attached ayu in alterna)
