i think satomi takasugi and alan are much prettier than her, but then again its about the vocals and music. although looks surely do help ya.

I listened to her song and I have to say: I WAS DISAPPOINTED! I felt no passion from ASUKA! IMO, this single wouldn't survive on the charts!!!

I liked her song ^_^ that traditional-ish style is pretty good, like it alot.. her style seems similar to Yamamoto Sayaka's solo works produced by D·A·I...

I'm not seeing the ugly either, it's just a more natural picture rather than some higly calculated beauty shot.

her song is nice, but I like Alan more. I just wonder whats the logic of having three similar type of singers (Alan, Asuka & Satomi Tagasuki) debut almost at the same time? will there be enough fans of this type of music for all three singers?

Male solo artist don't sale that much in Japan. Hey don't ask me why! I'm just going by what their sales look like. The best male solo artist has only sold 12 million copies of his stuff all together. I believe Ken Hirai is in second though!

oh wow, now that you point it out, i guess avex is gonna see who comes out on top. Time to place our votes.....well, i personally like satomi's music, so i guess my vote goes for her.

and alan's song, is gorgeous. that is, if your the type of music listener than can handle high and i mean high pitches..........she's like an extreme vs. of ayumi.


can't wait to see who'll sell more.....
