Well, Hikki hasn't sold into the millions plus she hasn't released an album to boost herself to the top five. I'm gonna go on my instinct and say that if Hikki had released one more single plus an album than she would have been either #1 or #2 on the list.

considering she didnt release a new album this year and avex didnt release the tour of secret yet, i think next year she will be number 1

If she's promoted/marketed right by Avex. I don't think her last DVD sold over 100k copies. Her upcoming album needs to do well too if not better than Kumiko's, Mr. Children's, and Hikki's upcoming album.
