I'm pretty sure it's not the cover. I'm not sure about CDJapan, but I know HMVJapan uses promotional pictures for artists when an official cover art hasn't been released.

Yesterday, when i check the link, the image for the dvd was her Kingdom cover picture, but they just change to this....so i hope it's just a promo pic too.
