If I look at a list of releases, I see some familiar names and I'm interested in the song/that a release of that artist is coming out, I can say I am interested in hearing it/getting to know more about it. It does not indicate whether I am interested in buying it necessarily.

I see what you are trying to get at, but that's not what NINKI is specifically asking.

okay okay you win.. but still; if you ask someone if he's interested in a release and he says yes; he DOES say that he might buy it.. if he doesn't buy it but is interested, that means he'll listen to it (by maybe downloading).. and that's not legal of course
