Yay. Just got back on and *poof* Drama.


...All I wanted was the translation! (and I wasn't even involved here, just an affected third-party)

Oh well, we have the new translators anyway, and as zoomzoom said, life goes on, and I can't wait.

Sorry to jump in like this, but I do think that all these drama BSes are not necessary. Alternarist had been doing a great job. Human are not perfect. And this forum is not in competitive writings stage where grammars and vocabs and such and such are a must. The point is you understand what he was trying to translate.
Like many has pointed out, not all members here are from native English speakers' country. C'mon guy, learn to be more respectful to others. Even though you found something wrong with anything, it doesn't give you rights to criticize it right away.

The thing about that is that I think Melrose in the beginning was trying to improve the translation by fixing some mistakes, and then alternarist seemed to attack Melrose by saying that "he understood Ayu moreso than Melrose did" and that he knew better. :\

Thanks for the translations..i used the chinese translation slip that's included in the dvd case too.

Tons of posts were split.
I don't know if starting a new thread will really help. It seems that there will be arguing as long as the same people are involved with the translation. A couple days ago, the fighting stopped. Certain members need to chill & not take constructive criticism so badly. Keep it clean, this isn't a hockey rink.

the criticisms are constructive but their tone is far from polite.

why isnt this thread locked?????????
