Well it's not like we hear every day fans see her when she goes to shopping =P She might cover herself well or something that people won't recongnise her at all, or just take a seat where people can't reach her, have no idea
Maybe other artists are going to ayu's concerts as well but we don't know 'cause people didn't recognise them...
