[Resolved] Could anyone identify this version of "WHATEVER"?

Hello there, I'm just going to ask some help from you fellow members about the exact title of this version of "Whatever".
I heard this version 5 years ago, (My First ever Ayu Song ) now I only wanted to know its version's title.

I uploaded a recorded version of it in IMEEM (poor quality ) so that anyone who wishes to help me out could hear it and then identify it somehow.

I replaced the link. I reuploaded the song and I'm apologizing for the inconvenience.

It isn't Ferry System F Corsten, version J, version M, FPM's Winter Bossa version, Sentimental, Trans Mission Mix or Vocal extended.
So what is it? Any help would be very very appreciated.

It sounds very much like eurobeat to me. Unfortunately I don't have either eurobeat album with Whatever on it.

Eneabba leaves you with these options:

Super Radio mix from Super Eurobeat J-EURO 1' vinyl 12" record, Avex Trax, Japan, 18 October 1999 (Sounds VERY likely IMO, but it would've been easier if the sound was crispier and to hear the instrumental parts as well...)

Dub's 1999 Club Remix from WHATEVER' vinyl 12" record, issued by Avex Trax, Japan, 1999

It's basically a track from a vinyl.

Sorry about the quality of the audio, the only copy that I have of it isn't an mp3 file leaving me with no options but record it instead.
