Why are there 2 versions of BLUE BIRD?

Hi there!


I was wondering why there are 2 CD+DVD version of BLUE BIRD (single)?

One version has the Making of BLUE BIRD on it and the other the Making of Beautiful Fighters.

I mean, why not just put those 2 Makings on one DVD?

simple really. to try and get more sales and, effectively, more monies. this is avex we're talking about

yup.. marketing tactics because it was her 40th single...
BLUE BIRD was initially scheduled as a 3A-single. It would have been a continuation of "A", "H" and "&", according to Ayu's official website. But they removed one song and made it a 2A-single..
So this was the extra marketing tactic to make up for it. Plus if you bought all 3 versions you'd get a free poster =) Which people like me did, so it worked
