I think he meant trained legs as in "trained lower limbs", including legs and thighs, since he recommended spinning and spinning works with all those parts. The part of the body you move genrally (even though not an absolute rule) comes after the muscle you're using/trying to build up, so it isn't any wonder that the muscle is "above the thigh". As an example, to make your arms stronger, you have to move your forearms, etc, etc, etc. I've seeem some cycling spinning sections but never went through one before, and you can notice it works a lot the thighs and legs. Anyway, thanks Rody! for the tip, I'll take that in mind if I ever want to train those muscles There are spinning sections in the gym I go to, but it is a little too expensive to add spinning classes to your regular program. How many sections per week would be ideal?
