What is this song: "Crystal Sound - M?"

For some reason, I have no idea where it came from, I have a song called Crystal Sound - M. It says it's track #2 from the album Crystal Melody, but this can't be right because M doesn't appear on that album. Can someone please tell me where it came from? It's driving me crazy. \

You probably checked this website already, but anyway:

A lot of those orgel albums have M in the tracklist (examples 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11) ~ maybe someone found that song from one of this albums, but thought Crystal Melody was the only Ayu orgel album there was, and tagged it wrong? I dunno ^^;
