is Pokemon still popular?
I think a lot of people were turned off with this new style for Kuri. Maybe they thought it sounded too American or something.

Maybe it's the pop-rock style? I guess people want Kuri to stick to urban-pop.

^I thought that style was great for her. I don't know the japanese were thinking not picking her single up. She had a great A-side with an excellent B-side. =/ Is a new style of music not accepted in Japan anymore?! DDDDD: I hope one day she will start selling like hotcakes.

I noticed the single sounded very American, but I think Kuri is just experimenting. I doubt she's really changing her style or anything.

I think she should...it makes for better music.

Well a little change would be nice, since her music has been strictly J-urban/R&B/urban-pop for quite some time. But that's the trouble with experimenting...it either makes it big or people hate it. It's really a kind of gamble to change your style.

yeah, you pretty much have to change the music up enough so that you're giving variety but not too much that you're alienating your fans with a new style. Moving in a slow direction towards something is a good way to do it although it might take a while. It can work though as we've seen with Namie

But this single was pretty good I thought and hoped it would get better sales...

she looks caucasian--or just asian. her african side apparently disappeared...but im not gunna lie, i still like the covers xD even though theyre like..the same...theyre still cute, and i still love the namida no saki ni cover~ the pokemon edition is cute

OMG! Not again Kuu! If the NNSN cover was bad the first time, what makes her think it won't for the second? I was hoping she would have done another Motherland or Koi ni Ochitara cover. =/ Looks like Kuri wouldn't be going back to those type of covers anytime soon. At least, I have faith that ONE is gonna sound as great as NNSN. I'm still luvin' that single.
