I think she needs another single, especially after this one is flopping so bad, which is strange because it has 3 pretty good songs on it..

My copies of Vanilla came together and I can safely say this single should be charting much higher!!!

Another BTW, Leah co-wrote all three songs on the Vanilla single!!! I wonder if we'll get to see her produce any songs on the sophomore album like she said she wanted to

wekk, maybe this week sales is very strong. you can see Highest sales is 260K..hohoho.. it's very strong week.. let us see the weekly sales then we can judge japanese are interested to Vanilla orlove paradox

that's true; there are a lot of strong releases...still...
still, I can see this having lower sales than Love Paradox
I think the latest figure is around 55,000 for Destiny Line

I really think Leah's been getting better, and Vanilla is a great single; has 3 songs, and I really like 2 of them (LOVE SWEET CANDY isn't that appealing to me), so I do wish it were charting higher. Maybe she's just having a sophomore slump?

hmmm...I don't really know what they want from her anymore. She gave us a hot dance track and then cute [which Japan LOVES]. I just..don't know anymore. I guess they're tired of her...from the places that I've visited [forums and such], they say she needs to step up vocally A LOT and needs to get a better grasp of Japanese so that she can seem more comfortable.

I think she's doing fine. I mean, she's in a foreign country and not learning a whole new language is hard. Yeesh, people need to cut Leah some freakin' slack!

The problem is that Leah Dizon's vocals will never get better at all, if they could, we could of have seen improvement by now. In some songs, yes her voice may seem better, simply because those songs are easier for her to sing. I'm a HUGE fan of Leah Dizon, but she is such a disposable artist, no real singing talent, fading looks, in a country were she cannot communicate well.

She should like, look into an acting/TV/modeling career in the Philippines, she may dislike acting there, but her looks are very marketable there. They will go crazy over anyone that is pretty, half-cast or someone that looks like they have been bathing in whitening (skin bleaching) creme for over 3 months.

I honestly think she has good vocals. Ok, so she doesn't have a huge range but her vocals are definitely not bad. They fit with the music she is singing and I thought they were great on Love Paradox particularly. And I have to disagree with you about having singing talent. She DOES have talent, if she didn't have any then she wouldn't have been signed. As for her looks, she does look somewhat more tired then when she debuted. Maybe it's knowing that so many people are opposing her, she's in a foreign country, who knows what she's going through. Point is, there's a lot that could be going on but she's trying and really, what more can people ask of her?

And I don't want her to go to the Phillipines just because her look is marketable. If she wants to sing, then that's what she should be doing. No matter how bad she sells or anything, she should be following something that she wants to pursue. Being in it just so you'll be successful shouldn't cut it for anyone...it should be about the happiness of doing what you're doing.

On a side note, Leah's single is down again...to 30
