I hope he can help Ryo, his acting has gotten A LOT better since Attention Please, but I still feel that he brings too much of himself to acting roles. D:

And Karen, I don't think there's a set pattern with how many releases they do in a year.

I wasn't really talking about a set pattern of sorts Kaori but from what I see , they tend to put out 2 or 3 singles on a yearly basis from the past 9 years since their debut .

I wouldn't be surprised if they put out 4 singles this year but I just hope they wouldn't feel burnt out in the process .

The guys need a break & a well deserved vacation man although the chances of that happening right now's not possible

i've only seen Ryo in LF, so... but Neener is indeed, awesome.

K8's never had a theme song to a dorama series. and it would be great if they did something different from the crack! they've been shoving us lately. i would literally cry if they did get it. i really want another "Naniwa...", "Osaka Rainy Blues", "Misetekure" or the likes.

...and i like Arashi to slow down a bit. i mean, i love the releases and all, BUT the other units haven't gotten much exposure this year.

I remember watching Nino in Letters from Iwojima when it came on TV. He was so good!

I think "Heavenly Psycho"-type songs would- OMG. That's spam. Let's take it to the K8 thread.

Karen;; That's what I was talking about when I said set pattern. I knew you'd probably refer to how they released in the past but I don't think that's always a good indicator of releases. That's why I said that there really isn't a set pattern of when or how frequently they release. Y'know?

I recently got MTV Mandarin (hosted in Taiwan) on cable tv & every weekday they have a J & K Pop list music programme going on & last night they played One Love !

Initally I thought this J & K Pop List music programme's 1 hour segment where they just play the PVs but no it's a show + they give away prizes too .

It was quite odd when the male host was talking about MatsuJun's "Chinese" name (松本潤 , Song Ben Ren lol) in Chinese & they were giving away the Bambino ! VCD or is it DVD alongside with a One Love poster & single combo pack

The poster was <3 & it was almost a life sized one , my god

Ninomiya Kazunari starting in a "scooping out your instinct" drama

Popular group Arashi's Ninomiya Kazunari (25), starting in October, will be starring in TBS's drama "Ryousei no Kizuna" (Meteor Bonds) (Friday at 10pm), it was announced on the 22nd (of July). Based off Naoki Prize winner Higashino Keigo's (50) mystery of the same name, it will be the first original work in 8 years for Kutou Kankurou (38) since "Ikebukuro West Gate Park" in 2000 for the same channel, with the exception of producing scenarios.

Ninomiya is to play the lead role who, with his younger brother and sister, witnessed the murder of his parents 14 years ago and go in search the criminal. Ninomiya says "it tries to establish sibling bonds kindly, and to become a work that scoops out not your reason, but your instinct" and is already very enthusiastic about it.

Also, the role of the younger brother is NEWS' Nishikido Ryo (23). On the heels of Fuji TV's "Last Friends", where he played a mysterious DV (domestic volience) man, what kind of performance we'll be seeing this time will be noticed. The sister will be played by actress Toda Erika (19).

PFFFFTLOL! those covers are like the sempai covers for their singles. the LEs have group shots, but the RE doesn't.

i like the "truth" one the best.

I like the colour contrasts going on in both the LEs but what's up with the RE cover ??

It looked like some sorta demonic symbol of sorts to me haha

& gee to think I said before I'm not getting the LEs because of the rip off coming from J Storm but after seeing the covers .... quite tempting to get them just for the covers .

OK maybe not ! At most I deal with soft copies of the pics/scans inside the singles
