Yes, when I first saw the red dress in 'Mirrorcle World' it made me think of Madonna's 'La Isla Bonita' dress, but their are differences in the styles.
They both look beautiful in their respective dresses.

i hate "la isla bonita" i just can't understand why the poeple insist on mixing the latin american culture with the spanish culture
thoses are differrent worlds

flaminco is spanish .....from spain..you know .....europe (dah)
the maxican cultures is one different (tequila, chihuahua, ranchera..whatever)
BRASIL is an whole different world in america...(samba, batucada..etc)
and south america is ANOTHER VEEEERY DIFFERENT WORLD TOO

i remember the DOVE L AMORE cher's video too
that's the worst video ever:
cher singing some italian-style-pop-song
with a spanish dress, couple with a mexican dog
spanish toreros dancing and the song interlude with a brasilian batucada :/

Apart from the fact that...
1) It's red
2) It's big
3) It has ruffles

Nope, the dress is different. Madonna's dress has a ethnic vibe. It also has like a corset and polkat dot. The dress also has huge sleeves. And like someone said, the dress has that flamingo feel. Not Ayu's IMO. Ayu's dress is more couture than anything else.

No. It's not a copy AT ALL. Ayu's red dress signified the 'woman in the red dress' whislt Madonna's red dress signified Spanish culture, beauty, romance and all that stuff. Two totally different songs, plots and two sorta-similar-looking dresses. Nope, it's no copy!!
