Ummmmmm, again I'm feeling somewhat disappointed in alan. This song is a bit too long and slow for my tastes. She has yet to beat her first single, IMO.

^I agree. She's gone downhill since then. And that's really sad for a new artist.

I hope her first one is the only single to be included on the album. o:

i like alan!!! debut japanese single is soo nice.

and her chinese music is good.
but i hear she disliked in JPOP industry due to her \"stuck up\" attitude and her inconsiderate for others.. i hear it took over two years to find company to sign her, and she had to pay for most promotional cost with her own pocket. too bad for her, really pitiful!

Actually. have a friend who work with her JAPAN record company producer once. he say she\'s hard to work with, very disagreeable. control freak and temper tantrums almost as if Teenager.

Not sure about first statement, but second is completely false. Yes it did take 1.5 years for Avex to sign her after the audition but that was because she was still in army arts school and it was against college policy to have a pro contract, so Avex waited for her to graduate. During the process Avex brought her and her mother to Japan 3 times and paid for all expenses as her parents initially strongly opposed her to have a pro career in Japan. (alan was secured a seat in the government owned Arts Troupe after graduation, which was secure, highly paid and got to be on national TV quite a lot, of course, singing mostly propaganda songs...)

I was the one who posted the song on imeem, but I don't like it too much either. I love the crescendo part in the middle, but that's about it. The ending is a little too boring and some parts too harsh to the ears almost. But haters keep in mind it was written more for Taro Iwashiro and "Red Cliff" than alan. She was just lucky to be part of it and I have no doubt it will sell well -- at least much better than these 2 latest songs...

When i first heard it, I thought "Ok... it's not terrible, buuuuuuuuut....". However, it's my favorite alan song now, I hope it happens the same with you

I find it weird that Japanese artists could find her stuck up when she doesn't have a grasp of Japanese so she can't really commune with them, supposedly.

Either it's fake, or alan does a REALLY good job hiding a stuck up aura =/

well....she could talk secretly bad about them in chinese, but they don't know what she's talking about (not talking from personal experience at all)
but i can't imagine alan as a stuck up person, she seems so nice~

Her outer character towards us, the fans, seems cute and energetic, and she generally seems to have a warm aura. So if she's stuck up, she's a damn good actress =P

Wha? It'd make no sense NOT to include her biggest hit, Natsukashii Mirai, and her next POSSIBLE hit, RED CLIFF. I think that's at least 3 guaranteed singles on the album right there. And probably Sora Uta too, since it charted better than her first single. If anything's not going to make it, it's Hitotsu.

Could be racist rumors made up by the media cuz she is Chinese? I dunno though.
