Because she was the one who decided to rerelease GGGB:reloaded and fund the vidoes off the it and as well, decided on what singles should be released...not her management company.

Disturbia : July 22, 2008

They were released during the beginning of spring/summertime. It's almost fall and yet she's promoting an almost 2 year old song. New material please!

You don't know that at all. You're just basing that off of what the other thread said. I haven't heard absolutely anything about that situation with the $20,000 and Rihanna funding her own projects besides what was in that thread and gossip sites, so it has no basis in reality unless it can be proven. It's highly unlikely and I feel foolish for even believing it at one point in time.
