^I'm sorry but I don't know about the others you listed but Arashi, SMAP, EXILE, and Mr. Children ARE talent.

I don't know where you've been but Kouhaku has lost its prestigious A LONG TIME AGO. Now the show is just about finding whoever to perform on the show.
