I heard that too, but it was definitely not him.
 I don't know who he is though. He wasn't shown in the making or anything. He was probably credited in the album or single. But you know what the interesting thing is? He's Asian. It's just that, Ayu almost always uses westerners in her PVs, aside from her dancers. XD
