Which do you order?

Hi guys,

I was wondering which pressing do you guys order.
In my case, i would get the Cd only from the Local HMV in Singapore and wait for a week or month for the OS press and HMV will get the Hong Kong Press CD+DVD into SG from Warner music to sell. From there, i will get the CD+DVD.
I do so in order to save my money. AND also due to the Regional Code problems.

How about you guys?

I'm gonna buyt eh CD Only's from the local HMV but I'm not buying the CD+DVD one.

Most of my items I get them locally especially since HMV import quite a great deal of stuff

I only get something online if I can't find locally , that applies for OS presses of Johnny's DVDs & also recently I began & decided to buy OS presses of avex artistes's albums/dvds online as I'm more or less though with Warner S'pore

oddly though , most of my KAT-TUN stuff , I got them online especially for OS presses of their 1st press CD only of their singles since HMV doesn't import them over here

I ordered all of my CDs from CDJ despite of their spikey shipping prices.
That's the only OL that I can depend on when it comes to payment.


If im in tight budget, I will go here and check someone who sells Ayu CDs for a reasonable price.
In instance, I got H (Pink edition) from jiarongisme.

LOL. I just realised I didn't read the question properly. You're talking about ordering trend right?

I usually buy albums only from my Taiwanese friend or CDJapan. Singles wise, if it's Kuu, I'll also buy it from my Taiwanese friend since the Taiwan press is cheaper and is of better quality (as compared to HK version). Ayu singles will be bought from the local HMV as I feel that the CD+DVD versions are quite useless since the DVD contents are gonna be in the album, unless for special cases like Days/GREEN CD+DVD then... TAIWANESE FRIEND! LOL. I buy DVDs locally since it's cheaper here.

I purchase all of my CD's from either YesAsia or CDJapan. I use to from Amazon, but not anymore.

I buy my CDs from yesasia, cdjapan, and ebay.

I buy from CDJapan and YesAsia. Occasionally eBay or Crescent Shop if the item is out of print.

others since i don't order from HMV, i buy or get my dad to buy when i go taiwan
but i only buy the OS press

Always used to use Yesasia but they started messing me around so now I use CDJapan for all.

Well, 90% of the time, I order online from CDJapan/etc.
I usually get the CD+DVD, but I get either JPN/OS versions.
The other 10% is when I get from a store in Chinatown.
They order all from YesAsia, but I don't like getting from there anymore.

The region code really doesn't bother me,
because my DVD player can change regions.

i order my (arashi ) CDs online. but unlike everyone here, i order them from another site, JPOPHELP. CDjapan or yesasia won't take my mom's discover card

When I lived in China, usually I went to the CD store that's next to my house.

Now...Actually I went to Japan during the Christmas vacation so I bought some CDs from there.

i mostly order my CDs online via YesAsia. i've only ordered from there because of free shipping, lol. that's like 75%. the other 25% comes from Japanese shops near my house (Mitsuwa, Kinokuniya, & Book-Off).

i'll order the singles and album CD+DVD version from cdjapan, since i'm very impatient and don't like to wait. region code isn't a problem to me, i had hack my DVD player multi region. the other reason is i don't wanna take a risk, there are times which first press items get sell out fast or the limited stuff aren't in the OS version(like koda kumi's Black Cherry CD+2DVD with the Cherry Girl photobook.

normaly i'l order from cdjapan, as they have the fastest shipping, but if i can wait i'll order from hmv japan/yesasia instead, it's 2 to 4 days slower, but much cheaper.

i hardly buy cd only, unless i like the cover or for first press bonus stuff.
i had given up inthe loca version, poorer quality, very slow and stupid censor sticker right on the box!

I order from HMV JP, Amazon JP, CDJapan or YesAsia. They all have their good and bad points, so I have to switch between them often.

I order all of my CDs from YesAsia normally japan press. ^^
and I normally order CD only.
