I don't think Yusuke can managed a 100K on the last Oricon day lol since Oricon only count 6 days instead of 7 on the 1st week , be it for a new single or album release

so yup it's a cause for an early celebration now . Now's to wait for the final 1st week sales/final last day sale for RESCUE to be up & running

I'm very sure it will crack 300K by tomorrow

Can someone explain how the Oriocn days works and is Monday or Tuesday counted in the weekly sales? Cause I heard they count six days not seven.

if I'm not mistaken , for the 1st week if you have a new single or album release on Oricon , they only count 6 instead of 7 days

hate to say I told you so & I'm going to get both CD + DVD's when it's out in Taiwan next Fri


that's because This Is The One was released on Sat in Japan which's not a normal release date when comes to new releases in Japan since it's usually Wed

maybe sales will pick up when Wed comes by ? although ya the sales are quite

to both statements

it's ok ,at least KT got #1 overall for RESCUE & it managed to outsell the whole total of ONE DROP within a week more or less

Utada - quite unfortunate , I guess the public are not really feeling her Eng music as much as her Japanese music

BoA's sales are quite disappointing I wanted her to sell over 300k in the first week, but it seems she has lost her chances in Japan

^Yeeah I know : ( Although Namie got a boom last year at least : ) ~! I'm surprised oricon has not counted download sales yet.

Well she lost the streak she could have as Utada and it's her first album to not have #1 since her debut =P (even if it's under Utada).

I wouldn't mind if oricon would count legal downloads but if they would I hope they would separate it from the physical sales numbers since they worth way more than the legal downloads.

I don't know if anyone bother to know this but Taiwanese boyband Fahrenheit's Japanese (yes Japanese) single ONLY YOU is currently on the single chart

it apparently debuted at #8 yesterday & it's at #13 on the 2nd day

not bad so far considering that they're doing cpop
