Utada at Sephora
I went to the Sephora in Hollywood and Highland today to see Hikki, and I have to say this. Although people say that you don't need an appointment, you apparently do. I almost didn't get to go in because my name wasn't on the guest list; they have a wristband system (which, in my opinion, is incredibly disorganized). I don't know if the Sephora stores in New York and Florida will use this same system, but they may have waiting lists. Try to get through to a human when you call the Sephora stores. Utada herself has posted an apology on her blog about the disorganization and confusion at the Sephora event today:

In my opinion, she didn't really have to post an apology, but it's nice to see her do so.

This is a heads up for anyone who plans to go to the Sephora events in New York and Florida.

Here are some photos of her at the event; I apologize for the terrible quality, but I was pretty far away from her.




It was really nice to finally see her in person. She was very funny, patient, and polite.

I WENT TO SEE HER TODAY IN NY! Omg it was so exciting...there was more people than I expected! SHE WAS ONLY A FEW FEET AWAY FROM ME ... it was so amazing. She did a short interview, followed by a few questions from fans, and we listened to some songs from the album. AHHHHH I'm so lucky...she's so cute and skinny in person!!
