It's a very common promotion strategy... cheap albums, a lot of people buy it, she gets famous and can milk her fans wallets with concerts and future releases :B

I think she's still losing money because she won't get as much money if the sales are low. Like since most singers get a percentage of the profits of sales. I guess that depends on her contract with DefJam Island XD.

Anyways I think HMV sold her album for 15 dollars (BOA) its nice to know there's a cheaper place to get it (altho I won't buy it becasue I didn't like it). I'm so excited to buy her album 19th XD here we come LOL =D
