kabbalah bracelet that Madonna and other American celebs wears! google it! either that or an anorexia bracelet, but I think it's a kabbalah bracelet because ayu is such a poseur sometimes! first is was the faux Christian crosses for jewelry, now it's kabbalah. haha!

She's probably religiously diverse, that doesn't make her a poseur. Many people all over the world wear crosses more as a fashion statement than actually idolizing it anyways.

I don't think it's because of religion

Because the other day, I was watching a show and the host gave her guest a pink string instead, apparently that string is to boost your popularity, but other strings can boost your work, love, family, etc.

my comment is actually a joke. but do you know about the red string kabbalah bracelet? i doubt ayu's red string is a kabbalah bracelet, but kabbalah is like the trendy religion that pretentious celebs like Madonna and a whole crapload of celebs "worship" *cough* now. That or scientology. If Ayu's string is in fact a kabbalah bracelet, which I DOUBT, then she is INDEED, a poseur. And of course I know the cross is a fashion statement, but whether or not someone considers that a poseur is something else. For example, some skateboarders consider people who don't skateboard and wear vans poseurs, yet vans is a popular shoe among Asian youth. In truth, Vans shoes were originally skater boy shoes but somehow got mainstream. Same with Cross jewelry that perhaps Madonna made popular among non-Jebus believers, but she was brought up as Catholic and had a deeply religious upbringing. But if you want my opinion, a lot of Asian fashion is poseurish, trying to be something they're not, without truly developing individual fashion from lifestyle. But it's all good fashion for the sake of fashion, I GUESS.
