A Smoothies - How to make?
The A Smoothies look so good! I was wondering if anyone knows how to make them??? It would be wonderful for a summer treat.
Would you just get plain yogurt or vanilla? and how would you make the mango sauce?

I actually think the mango "sauce" can be bought from supermarkets... I'm not sure what it's called though.
For vanilla, do you mean the ice-cream? I would use yogurt though; healthier & tasiter.

I would use plain yogurt... there's a vanilla yogurt?; that's kinda cool then lol.
But you should make the Sunset one... cos it's blueberry, which means you can try using blueberry yogurt, and instead of blueberries maybe use other berries like strawberries and cherries as toppings. Okay I admit, I prefer the Sunset Smoothie.

well you can kinda guess what's in it...yogurt and mixed berries/mango + sauce
I made one this morning and it tasted great! I'll write up a formal recipe eventually and submit it
