I think they probably just announced it earlier than they were supposed to, especially considering that IDJ hasn't announced it yet.

I'm predicting the announcement from EMI this month and a release date set for early January. I also hope it has a major tie-in with a drama or movie, that way she can keep promotion to a minimum and not be stressed out for her US/UK tour.

Then that way, everyone gets what they want. Those who don't care for her western career get a Japanese single (which also please those of us who do) and those of us who do still get this wonderful little treat of a tour~

But seriously. Thank god. That tour just isn't hitting the spot. I think this all the more demonstrates that this tour is just fan service (It'll be over fairly quickly), but she's really back at her Japanese Game.

It's odd that she didn't do this tour, but she is going to do the promotion for her international stuff o.O Nevermind, it's important that we won't have to wait until spring (I hope so!) for new japanese single, and also the people who will see her in UK/USA will be also satisfied

Well knowing Utada, I don't really find it odd. She's released 5 Japanese Albums and has only been on 2 Tours. Her last one being in 2006. No one was really expecting a tour out of her at this point I don't think.

On another note, considering that GOETZ B. mixed "ULTRA BLUE", her more crazier music, this may be that something eclectic that Utada was talking about. Even though the title sounds like something off of "HEART STATION." Mood and all.
