[Charts & Rankings] AHS Top 10 Weekly Countdown

Okay at this forum i go to, they do this really cool thing where they pick their favorite songs that week and someone makes a top 10 list based on the songs they pick.

here are the rules:

pick your 5 FAVORITE SONGS DURING THAT WEEK. THEY MUST BE CURRENT OR RECENT SINGLES TO BE ELIGIBLE. (ALL SONGS FROM ALL COUNTRIES APPLY, it'd be interesting to see which western songs are a hit with the jpop community)

Reasoning behind only using current singles, etc:
--1. This is an Ayumi forum. If we allowed all songs, it would mostly be filled with Ayumi songs. It'd be a really static, boring chart, and almost always have "m" and "evolution" in it, let's admit it.
--2. When a new album comes out by any popular artist, their ENTIRE ALBUM will likely take up the WHOLE chart.
So to avoid these, only current singles are allowed. ^^ Thanks for understanding.

DEFINITION OF A SINGLE: ANY SONG WITH A VIDEO OR THAT IS BEING PROMOTED, REALLY. FOR EXAMPLE, AYU'S "CURTAIN CALL" AND YUI'S "SEA" WOULD COUNT AS A SINGLE.

for a b-side to be counted, it must meet ONE of the following criteria:
being that it's a b-side, it's already understood that it's title is not in the physical single's title.
--1. It must appear on the first album following the single. If the album's tracklist has not yet been announced, then it is not eligible.
--2. It must have it's own video.

for example, the b-side to Yui's "Again", titled "Sea", could have beem counted in the chart when it was released.

Order them from 1-5, like this:

THIS IS AN EXAMPLE TO SHOW THE SETUP (and no, songs that are not even leaked cannot be in the charts.)

1. Ayumi Hamasaki - You Were...
2. Alan - Swear
3. Namie Amuro - COPY THAT
4. BoA - Mamoritai
5. Lady Gaga - Bad Romance

#1 will get FIVE (5) POINTS to that weeks chart, while #5 will get ONE (1) POINT to that weeks chart.

We need at least TEN (10) PEOPLE to do this every week, please! otherwise there really won't be enough!

Voting ends for the week on Sunday night and starts for the next week on Monday morning. The week's chart will be posted on Monday nights.

Each member is allowed to vote once a week.

That simple. I'll do the rest.

simplified version of the rules for silly people
just make a list of your top 5 favorite songs that week.
-They must be recent, and must be singles.
number them from #1 to #5
-#1 is your favorite, #2 is your second favorite, etc
that's all you gotta do.

It should be singles within the last few months ... which would mean only Nagareboshi in your list is eligible .. (unless I Still Love U was a single. was it? i'm not too too familiar with perfume)

You could give it a shot ;p

by these standards though, "Beauty" would not be able to chart.
