I'm really shocked by the title, but I'm hoping the song lyrics has nothing to do with sex or whatever, because that would be a huggggge shock... I don't think I could accept it. LOL. But by the looks of it, it's going to be a very interesting piece, and because she said she'd return to the old Ayu style, I don't think we're going to see anything too shocking to the fans... I feel it's more a matter of surprise and shock to fans that she decided to inquire the word into to title. I'm not surprised nor am I going to make a big fuss over it. It is, what it is. Simply a song title nothing more.

Already having sexy in the title makes it seem overt. If someone/something really is sexy, they don't have to actually say it because they are it.

Hm, for some reason this makes me think of Morning Musume's various uses of sexy in song lyrics (Sexy princess! / Sexy beam!) and titles (SEXY 8 BEAT)... and yet, they're really not all that sexual, haha.

Nah, you have to actually sit on a bottle to crossover to the Ku side

Anyways, people it's just a song title, and it's an Ayu song title, the song might turn out to be something none of us are expecting A few years ago I might be upset, but the PV caps don't look sexual xD at least not the way it was with Sparkle ^^

But Morning Musume is nothing like Ayu. Ayu is known for being all... deep or special or whatever. Morning Musume are a bunch of cute girls who sell on sex appeal. I know that sex appeal is part of Ayu's selling power too, but she's not like Morning Musume or Koda Kumi. She doesn't need to be sexed up to sell.

Yeah, they do use the word sexy a lot, but somehow its like they are saying Cute Princess, Cute Beam, Cute 8 Beat. haha. Plus, none of their stuff is ever really meant to be taken seriously in that regard.

Now, which would get a more negative reaction here: Ayu doing a sexy pv and song ala Kuu for Sexy Little Things or turn it into a cute PV and song? I think people might go postal if she does the cute thing, haha. That pic of her with the lollipop makes me wonder if it may actually turn into a cute fest.

Morning Musume uses the word "sexy" but it's not like they are overly sexy and wear tight body suits (e.g. Sparkle)

I have kind of built up 'respect' for Ayu because of her diva-ish nature and her elegance. I know she's a grown woman and what not, but if she starts talking about sex and that sort of thing, Ayu will definitely lose me as a fan I like those things to be kept private... I don't really like it when singers blurt out crap like "lick me" and other overtly sexual things.

^ for some reason, your message made me laugh. idk why. i guess it was the 'lick me' part. i think it's the respect thing too. ayu is elegant and classy, so a lot of people respect her and can't see her in a sexy way, although, she is sexy in her own right. she just doesn't exude raunchiness. there's a difference between 'sexy' and 'nasty' lol anyway, ayu has never used sexually explicit lyrics and i'm sure she never will.
