Hi Misa-chan,
I know this is tough part of understanding the Japanese language. Subjects can be omitted and word order is flexible.
There's no grammatical error in translating "また明日来る" to "Tomorrow will come again." But Japanese people would know it means "I will come again tomorrow."

A way of understanding "また明日来るよっ" is that this is a sentence longer than
"また!"
"また明日!"
You know, these are same with "See you again!" "See you tomorrow!" and the subject is omitted here as well.
I hope this helps.
