This usually happens with limited edition preorders anyway, because the record label gives them an approximate amount of how many they're going to print, give to a single online store, so they can only take that amount of orders. Then release time comes around, they get more than pre-ordered. THATS the best time to snap them up if you've missed out.

TeamAyu members can now order all the above releases at the special ayu online shop.
If they buy NEW ALBUM 『Rock'n'Roll Circus』, they'll get an original handphone stand. If they buy the LIVE DVD『ayumi hamasaki ARENA TOUR 2009 A ～NEXT LEVEL～』, they'll get an original pencase. If they buy the 『Rock'n'Roll Circus SPECIAL LIMITED BOX SET, they get both. There are no extra mu-mo only goodies.

It's ok not to read every single post in this thread, but please do read the parts I've bolded out at least. ^^ Will save alot of time and trouble about question-asking later.

Basically, mu-mo offers the same product at 3 different places on its site, and each offers its own range of free goodies. Depending on where you place an order, you'll get the free goods listed at that site ONLY. So unless you're darn rich and can afford to buy the same album/DVD/box set 3 times over, it's impossible to collect all those free goods.

Lol btw, the box set is sold out at all 3 sites.
