a-nation '04 end song?

I was watching a-nation '04 recently (I LOVE ayu's performance of HANABI so much that I've been spinning around in a friend's dress since then! Kidding.)

Anyway. At the very end of the show, during the fireworks, a song is played but I'm absolutely unable to find out who is singing and what the title of the song is.

Does anyone know?
