She sounds really nice. If she decides to release it, I bet she'll make it a b-side. She was asked to do the Cutie Honey cover for the Live Action movie and Won't be long was a Charity Single, so the only actual japanese cover as a single a-side is Ima Sugu Hoshii.

The new campaign looks great! I'm happy that Kuu has so much commercial endorsements again.

But even if she didn't have any released as singles... I definitely wouldn't rule out the option of it being a regular album track (like CUTIE HONEY, another Japanese cover) or even a single, especially since she's so cover crazy the past few years, lol.

Should I be honest?
I really think that they wanted to make a full studio version of Trick first, but then they got the demo of Sty (that's the composer of Step Into My World) and they decided: "Oh, it sounds so similar, we don't need a full version of Trick anymore!". XD
