XD I watched the movie "Tokyo Tower" a few months ago and I've to say, that MatsuJun did a really good job here.
I liked his acting.

I was always interested in "Bambino". I think, I'll watch it if I have time (maybe in my summer holidays).
"Hana Yori Dango" is just not for me. Not interested in the storyline and/or the characters...

honestly , when I looked back , I did not like BAMBINO at all . The only thing that kept me from losing interest that time was MatsuJun & FOOD FOOD FOOD in the drama X_X

sometimes I stare at the food more than MatsuJun that time @_@ xD

& haha sorry to me , the Japanese take of Hana Yori Dango is the only version I watched xD

I wouldn't bother watching the Taiwan & let alone the Korean ones

Really? Have you ever even tried to watch it? Because I went into it thinking the same thing as you and then by episode 3 I was thinking it was the best thing ever produced, lol.

^ haha

there's always the other guys in the show to look at if you're not into MatsuJun you know xD like Shota Masuda , Shun Oguri

I still can't believe Ikuta Toma appeared in season 2 lawd . I was shocked when I saw that in his acting credits on DramaWiki @_@

I had to do a double take when I watched season 2 again & it really doesn't look like him in there in any single bit

I blame myself for being so Jun-baited that time

No I've never tried watching it.
But one of my friends owns the manga, so I looked into it and was not interested in the storyline or the characters at all.

But maybe, if I've enough time, I'll watch the dorama in the summer holidays.
Perhaps I'll change my opinion!!

@Bambino: Ahhhh, that's the reason why I don't watch cooking shows; I just always get hungry.
I also can't watch the "food parts" from "Arashi no Shukudai"-kun, without something to eat in front of me!!

i watched Bambino!, but i just thought it was a good drama. the best thing about it, besides for food (since i love food so much, ESPECIALLY italian ) was jun and his acting, lol. he did really great in the drama, along with karina and even mukai osamu. i never loved it as much as Hana Yori Dango, though. that will forever be a classic in my heart.

Yeah HYD is my favourite J-drama I've watched <3

I thought MatsuJun was a lot better in Smile though... his acting was seriously amazing.
That show is so heartbreaking though

Smile was on the same level as Bambino! for me. it was just good. but Smile got better once it reached the few episodes. i literally cried like a baby while watching the last episode.

all this jun talk is making me hope that his new Summer drama rumor is true!

Is there any site which has Arashi lyrics and which member sings which lines? I'm having trouble differentiating voices @_@

The logo looks really cool!
for the lyrics: http://www.jpopasia.com/lyrics/arashi/
but I don't think there is a website that says which member sings
I think that watching PVs would help you though

i think sho would have the deepest voice, aiba/nino/jun would all have the higher-pitched voices, and ohno would also sound a bit high-pitched as well, but you can tell he's the best singer of the group (i'm sorry, but i can't deny it ) as a group, i totally love listening to them, though. i personally think their all their voices go well with each other.

Sho has a husky deep voice
Aiba has a breathy Jrock singer type voice - lol I don`t know how to describe it...
Jun has a nasally higher pitch voice
Nino has a slightly high pitch voice with a really nice vibrato (lol I`m biased)
Ohno has the best voice... a nice clear tone and sings a bit more in some songs...

and yeah PVs really help to distinguish their voices
also listening to their solo songs

Don't worry!
I had the same problem, when I started listening to them a few months back. But don't worry...after a few days with their songs, you'll find out which member sings which part.
And PVs/Live performances can help you a lot too, of course!

Now, I don't have any problems with this anymore!!

I had that problem too , the same thing goes for other Johnny's I listen to

it takes time for you to adjust . It's different if you're talking about solo artistes or jrock bands where there's only 1 lead singer

http://sweet-rain.net/je/artists.php

The site has color coded lyrics for mostly every JE act. But Arashi is the one that they primarily focus on.

I've seen some variety shows Arashi has been on so I thought for sure I had their voices down when I was listening to Sakura Sake, and then I watched a live of it and I was mostly wrong XD..it was a weird feeling.

Yay. Thanks for the link, Inori. This is exactly what I was looking for. I figure if I can tell all the voices apart in H!P, I should be able to for JE too =D
