Oh! Lol I got September from the mag's cover page though. Maybe August was when it was released? Japanese magazines are normally published 1-2 months in advance, like how we already have the scans for May's Vivi?

I think this is right. If you are talking about the title of the thread, I believe it should be taken from the official number of the magazine. (and it is written in the cover.)
