Posting this again, just in case somebody missed it in last thread...

Translation of Ameblo tour report (contains spoilers) by twilightsky @ JPM:

This person has been to every Namie concert since 2004 So Crazy tour, this time it's the first "opening night" and tied to his 26th birthday (happy b-day!)

Does not have feelings so much about the hall venue and then he goes through the setlist and his impressions...

lights dim and Dr. Chronos makes an appearance which leads to Fast Car, the stage is set like the PV where Namie, enclose in lace, dancing on a sofa with fan. The stage is set like a palace's dance hall/disco impression...

Then he was surprised that Rock Steady came on, Copy That was pretty cute, followed by Sexy Girl (also surprised that this song was chosen and the line up etc.) Then Funky Town and CECSIS, which both songs have been 'changed' but he liked it.

First Timer really got the crowd going and the way 'YUMEI na' was sang was refreshing, Want Me x 2 also got a new treatment -fun atmosphere, Bad Habit seem to be a difficult song to sing & dance to but it came out OK, Wild had a new arrangement which reduce the 'force' of the song and he wasn't sure if he liked the song as such but he liked Namie's dancing. Dr was energetic and Steal My Night was just like the CD.

Then go into like a halfway...where organ music plays, it's kinda sad (like crying) then Baby Don't Cry comes on, it also got the crowd up, followed by The Meaning of Us, which he said was sang very well and felt moved. Followed by Think of Me which was a huge surprise to all, a song from a different time etc.

Then DMM came on, he liked the song, followed by Black Diamond which he said was Cool! Then Love Game, the dance was like a battle a la the PV until there was only two left 'fighting!', followed by Rock U, which he thinks may have been the best, What a Feeling followed (happy) and then Shut Up done 'rock' style with Namie hanging out with the cute Bassist and guitarist. Cool. The concert ended w/ Defend Love.

Encore was Copy That (again but he said he was cute) and followed by My Love and balloons~.

I personally think it just deserved that much and it sold pretty well for an AI single.

She's done that before on other tours. In 06 Can't Sleep was performed twice and in the Break the Rules tour a song was performed twice. The second time is always a different arrangement at least.

She had done the same thing with Can't Sleep on Live Style 2006 Tour already, Tal ^^ so... It's nothing suprising

So I was watching the recent music station SP and every time one of Namie's old songs came up on those ranking/lists they used footage from recent tours rather than the tv performances from back in the day I wasn't really worried before but I dunno...she better not pretend that her TK career never existed because she would be nothing without him

anyways..i'm surprised we haven't got a news report on the tour or anything yet. i wanna see some pics

It's like the PV, dressed in a similar way, dancing on the sofa, she sang the scat live (not fake/lipsych)
02.ROCK STEADY
Like BF tour, the outfit is changed from white/black to red/black
The arrangement is a bit strange/mysterious, I personally prefer the original
03.COPY THAT
Cute impression, the long outro was cut?
05.FUNKY TOWN
Was rearranged but I can't really remember
06.CAN'T SLEEP,CAN'T EAT,I'M SICK
New arrangement and dance, pretty good
07.FIRST TIMER
With the nice white mini one-piece, the dance routine using the stairs was pretty neat.
09.Bad Habit
Use a prop to dance with, felt like BF's Luvtomy
10.WILD
Arrangement change, the intro? Dance is the same
11.Dr.
It's now like a Bolero, very cool
12.Steal my Night
No impression
13.Baby Don't Cry
Dressed like when she was at m-flo's live - round shape (The flower/pink dress?)
14.The Meaning Of Us
Love the song - living singing the best
15.think of me
Surprised!

Black and gold outfit w/ wristband, dance the whole song
18.LOVE GAME
Dance battle off w/ Yusuke
19.ROCK U
Probably the best performance overall of the night, left a good impact apart from BF
21.Shut Up
Line up w/ Bassist and Guitar, then at the end dancers come out to a dance like "No"
22.Defend Love
Danced until the curtin came down
E2.MY LOVE
No dancing, balloons!

Me: this person's impression is that the tour didn't leave a big impact, due to many similarity w/ BF (song selection etc) despite the new arrangements and changes (not big enough) but there is still the impression that she's tried to do something along the album's theme (to illustrate the image of P<F's jacket -- ripping up the BF jacket) - a transition phase etc.
